Westmoreland County Housing Associates, Inc. (WCHA-Inc.) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Developer/Builders to demolish, develop, and construct a mixed finance affordable family housing development, located in the City of Monessen, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania 15012. The Site is currently the Westmoreland County Housing Authority – Park Manor - Public Housing Development.
