ZONING HEARING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Churchill Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday June 1 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Churchill Borough Municipal Building 2300 William Penn Highway Pittsburgh PA 15235 and via electronic remote connection with a link for public participation at www.churchillborough.com to consider the following application:
Application of Robert and Debra Grates 2275 McRee Road Parcel 297-R-304 R-3 Zoning District. The Applicant is seeking the following relief from the Churchill Zoning Ordinance:
A variance from Section 304-13. B which requires a 10-foot setback in an R-3 Zoning District. The Applicant is seeking to reduce the setback to 3 feet 4 inches.
Please take notice that the hearing on the above-referenced application will be conducted by the Zoning Hearing Board which may consider any other business which may come before the Board. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the office of the Churchill Borough Municipal Building 2300 William Penn Highway Pittsburgh PA 15235 during regular business hours (8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.). Any interested party resident or taxpayer is welcome to attend and participate in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the Board.
