Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Kennedy Township shall receive sealed bids for the purchase of the following described real property owned by the Township referred hereinafter as the "Property":

Submissions: Sealed bids for the purchase of the Property will be accepted by the Township at the Township Municipal Building 340 Forest Grove Rd. Coraopolis PA 15108 until 12 P.M. on June 8 2026. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid - Real Estate Sale - Fairhaven Park Adjacent Lots."
Minimum Bid/Specifications: The minimum acceptable bid amount is $750000 for the purchase of the property for the development of single-family residential dwellings with a minimum of thirty-two (32) lots and if more than 32 lots are feasible then an additional $25000 per each additional single-family residential lot.
Public Opening: All bids received by the deadline will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Administrative Meeting of the Kennedy Township Administration June 8 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building 340 Forest Grove Rd. Coraopolis PA 15108. The Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to award the sale to the highest responsible bidder as determined in the Boards discretion.
