Sartori Trust Agreement dated March 23 2012 for Property at 27 Sunbirch Drive Jeannette PA 15644 and all other heirs at law of Cladinaro and/or Mary M. Piraino:

The Plaintiffs Paul A. Stieman and Elizabeth A. Biroscak have filed a          complaint against the abovenamed Defendants at the above-captioned      number and term seeking to quiet their title in property located in the          Township of Penn Westmoreland County Pennsylvania bearing Westmoreland County Tax Map Parcel No. 55-14-05-0-017. This action seeks to eliminate a right of passage over such property that the Defendants may have by virtue of being heirs of Cladinaro and Mary Piraino. Plaintiffs have caused the Court to issue a Rule upon all of the Defendants to commence an action in ejectment against them in the event any of the above-named Defendants seek to assert any right title interest of claim in their property. The failure to commence an action in ejectment or respond to the Rule would result in a judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs against the nonresponding Party and vacate any interest a nonresponding party may have had or could have asserted in this matter..
