Sealed Bids will be received by the office of the Township Manager, 325 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, until 4:00 P.M. prevailing time on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Township Council at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, for the following work:
SALT DOME ROOF
REPLACEMENT
All bids must be sealed and addressed to Julie A. Jakubec, CPA, CGMA, Township Manager, 325 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, and the words "Bid Proposal for The Salt Dome Roof Replacement, Township of O'Hara" written on the outside of the envelope.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to the Township of O'Hara.
Specifications, bid blanks, and all necessary information may be obtained from the Office of the O’Hara Township Manager, located at 325 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, or by email request to csteinert@ohara.pa.us, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All work performed under this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and the applicable Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this project.
The Township of O'Hara reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
