BID ADVERTISEMENT
The Washington School District is Rebidding “Base Bid #1 Roof Replacement” for the project “Roof Replacement & Exterior Envelope Improvements to the District Administration Offices 311 Allison Avenue Washington PA 15301.”
The Rebids will be received up to 2:00 PM on Wednesday June 10 2026 to the attention of Ms. Emily DiNardo Business Manager Washington School District 311 Allison Avenue Washington PA 15301.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the District Office on Wednesday June 3 2026 at 10:30 AM.
It is the intent of the Owner to enter into a single contract for the Roof Replacement work.
Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers 40 Shenango Ave. Sharon PA 16146 and 201 Century Building 130 Seventh St. Pittsburgh PA 15222. Bidders who contact the Sharon office of HHSDR (724-981-8820) will receive a public link to the Contract Documents. No hard copies will be distributed from HHSDR and no deposit is required.
Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check payable to Washington School District in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders as included in the Contract Documents.
This Project was originally bid on May 5 2026 with Documents dated March 27 2026 requesting separate Bids as follows:
